This doctor is so nice and personable! I broke my arm and went to the emergency room, they gave me his number and he saw me that day! I’ve been walking around with a broken arm for 10 days and was worried I wouldn’t be able to see an orthopedic doctor for weeks but they got me in right away and the staff was super nice! I’m so glad I went to him. He was kind and treated my pain and was very respectful, I wish I could say the same for Northwest heaths emergency room. The doctor there was not sympathetic at all and refused me any pain medication for a broken arm
Dr. Lakra is very direct, kind, and explains everything so well. I did not feel rushed which is important to me as a patient and as someone who worked in the medical field for 15 years, actually listening to the patient, answering their questions, trying to calm their concerns and showing compassion and understanding is of utmost importance and I feel that way about Dr. Lakra and his wonderful staff.

Dr. Li explained all the choices available for my knee pain. He fully answered all my questions in terms I could understand. When we talked about knee replacement, he used a model so that I would understand the surgery. Very professional yet down to earth. Felt very informed walking out the door.
