Dr. Gruszka says
"My dad was an old-school family physician who was dedicated and very well-liked in the community but who worked incredibly long hours. I chose orthopedics because many orthopedic patients are healthy but injured in some way, and I can often cure their condition and return them to their activities fairly quickly. Today, my patients seem to like the fact that I'm a good listener, and I have a calming manner that puts them at ease. I like to answer all their questions before they leave my office, and I don't waste their time. I enjoy using the latest technology and minimally invasive surgical techniques to correct carpal tunnel and upper extremity problems.
