Dr. Kovalow-St. John says
"My interest in becoming a physician was developed when I was younger, I enjoyed helping and caring for people making a positive difference in their lives. I figured the best way to do that was to become a physician. After my training, I spent five years on the staff of Indiana University Medical School in Indianapolis, including time at Riley Children Hospital. I moved home to Northwest Indiana to be close to family.

My primary responsibility had been patient care of both adult and pediatric Rheumatology patients. My patients seem to like the fact that I am a good listener. I like to answer all of their questions and concerns before they leave the office, offering them treatment options.

I'm married to Dave, have three daughters. I enjoy gardening and family activies."
