Lakeshore Bone & Joint maintains several locations in Lake, Porter and LaPorte Counties. Our primary facility, at 601 Gateway Blvd. in Chesterton, was designed to accommodate ease of access. It houses physician offices, triage room, physical therapy department and occupational therapy department. In-house billing and transcription services are also located in our Chesterton office.
